Experimental research on pressure pulsation and cavitation characteristics of centrifugal fire pump

چکیده

To broaden the database of fire equipment selection and provide basis for its optimization, a low specific speed centrifugal pump with 24.7 was selected as research object, inlet outlet pressure pulsation cavitation characteristics under different flow rates were analyzed through experiments. Results show that head design rate 75.68 m, efficiency 36.84%. The dominant frequency in is 1 APF (axial passing frequency). zero has no obvious peak distribution at BPF (blade secondary n times harmonic are distributed pump. critical net positive suction 1.0 Q d 1.5 0.95 m 2.38 respectively.
